Dresses are exchangeable and/or refundable provided they are returned new, in their packaging, and undamaged.

If these conditions are not respected, Lehna Couture will not exchange or refund. 

For dresses ordered to measure, neither exchange nor refund will be accepted. 

Free delivery from 100€ of purchase for local orders (France)

The processing time of your order and the sending of it, it will be necessary to wait between 2 to 3 days maximum. 

You can choose when finalizing your order the type of shipment that suits you:  

- Standard shipment:

3 to 10 days for France

5 to 15 days for international

- Express shipment:

1 to 3 days for France

3 to 5 days for international

A tracking number will be communicated to you once your order has been sent.
